IMPRINT Stages

Every number above represents a story that was almost lost. None of them had to be.

Think about the last time you sat with someone who is no longer here.

What do you wish you had asked them?

That is exactly what your children will feel about you one day.

Unless you do something about it now.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does this cost what it does?

My father died at 54. Everything he knew, everything he'd lived, disappeared with him. Nobody asked while there was still time.

That's the real cost. Ghostwriting and Done For You are fully bespoke, tailored entirely to your story and your needs, so pricing is discussed once I understand your project. Ask my assistant below to arrange a call with me at a time that suits you.

Can AI write my story for me?

If you are incredible, why would you use a generic tool to write your story? Let me witness it.

AI can write words. It cannot live your life. It has never sat across from someone and heard their voice break at the right memory. It cannot tell the difference between a fact and the truth underneath it.

What you get from AI is sentences. What you get here is a book that sounds like you, built from real conversations, held by someone who knows how to listen for what is not being said.

Do I lose the rights to my own story?

No. You keep 100% of your royalties, always.

Your story is yours before we start, during the work, and after the book is published. I write it. You own it. Every word, every right, every royalty.

I don't have time for this right now.

You have two ways to work with me, and both move around your life, not the other way round.

Legacy Vault is coming soon. Join the waitlist via my assistant below to be first to know.

Ghostwriting and Done For You are scheduled entirely around you, early mornings, evenings, weekends, whatever actually fits.

Your story is the only thing on this list that doesn't wait for you to find the time.

How do I know my voice will actually come through?

Because I don't write from imagination. I write from you, your words, your recordings, your way of telling it.

"The way she dove deep and peeled back the layers is something I've never experienced before."

Joly Tematio, Drogon Consulting

That's not a technique I promise you. It's a result my clients already have.

Price and Value

Legacy Vault is a new way to capture your story week by week. It is coming soon. Chat with my assistant below to join the waitlist and let me know what you would like it to include.

Ghostwriting gives you a finished manuscript, you keep 100% of the royalties, and publishing is entirely up to you. Done For You takes it further, I also design the cover, format every page, and publish it on Amazon for you. With Ghostwriting, you hold the manuscript. With Done For You, you hold the finished book.

Yes. Both are structured across the project, not paid as one lump sum upfront. The exact schedule is set out in your proposal before we begin, so you always know what's due and when.

No. Every project is a bespoke commission, built entirely around one person's life and voice, and priced accordingly. What I can offer instead is Legacy Vault, a lower-commitment way to start capturing your story now, at a fraction of the cost, while you decide if you're ready for more.

Time and Urgency

Ghostwriting runs across 4 to 6 sessions, Done For You across 8 to 10. Once our last conversation is done, your book is finished within 3 months. The interview phase moves at your pace, the writing phase does not.

Then start smaller. Legacy Vault asks you one question a week, a few honest minutes, no pressure to commit to a full book yet. Many people build months of material this way before they ever decide to publish. Readiness isn't required to begin, only a willingness to answer one question.

Only once the person who holds the story is gone. That's the entire reason this work exists. My father died at 54, and everything he knew went with him because nobody asked in time. As long as the story is still in someone's living memory, it's not too late. But it is later than most people think.

The Process

I ask, you talk. Sessions are structured conversations, not interviews with a script, built around the IMPRINT method to draw out not just what happened, but what it meant. You don't prepare anything beforehand. You just show up and remember.

It's the seven-stage framework I built to get a complete, honest story out of every conversation: Interview, Map, Probe, Reframe, Illuminate, Narrate, Transfer. Each stage does a different job, opening the story safely, finding what's been skipped, uncovering the pattern underneath it, then shaping all of it into a finished, permanent piece of writing.

Ghostwriting typically takes 4 to 6, Done For You 8 to 10. The right number depends on how much life there is to cover, not how well you tell it. Some of the most powerful material comes out in session five, not session one.

You don't need to. That's my job, not yours. I bring the questions. You just answer the one in front of you. Most people who feel lost at the start are surprised by how quickly a shape starts to emerge once we begin.

Trust and Privacy

Yes. Every consultation and every project is protected by a strict NDA, from our very first conversation. What you tell me stays between us, in writing, before we ever begin.

We talk it through, together, before anything is written. You decide what's shared, what's changed, and what's left out entirely. This is your story to tell, which means it's also your story to protect.

We talk about what's changed and adjust. Life doesn't pause for a manuscript, and neither do I. What matters most is that the book still sounds like you at the end, even if the path there shifts.

Only you and me, until you decide otherwise. Nothing moves toward publication without your review and your approval at every stage.

Practical

No. You need to be a good talker, and even that's not required, just honest. I do the writing. You do the remembering.

That's not a barrier. I've worked across languages and cultures throughout my career, and what matters most isn't your fluency, it's your truth. We find the words together.

With Done For You, yes, it goes fully live on Amazon, under your name. With Ghostwriting, you receive the finished manuscript and the choice of whether and how to publish is entirely yours.

About Katarzyna

Meet Katarzyna.

I am a published author, qualified teacher and member of the Association of Polish Writers Abroad, with six books written in English and Polish.

After losing my father and finally listening to my grandmother Janka, I built Legacy Architect so that no one else has to lose a story to silence. I guide people to record theirs, in their own voice, before it is too late.

The next generation is waiting for your story. Only you can give it to them.

"One thing that stood out to me right off the bat is her ability to ask questions that really made my story surface. She helped me uncover a specific key moment that made my whole trajectory more compelling. I've worked with hundreds of agents and podcast interviewers, and the way she dove deep and peeled back the layers is something I've never experienced before. If you're looking for someone to take your life experience and turn it into something that gives real legacy and impact, both at the business level and the personal level, she's the one I recommend. How we can collaborate

Distinct ways to preserve your story and share your wisdom with the world.

The Next Legacy Collective Book

You spent years learning something the hard way. A way of seeing business that only comes from failing at it first. A perspective nobody handed you, you built it yourself. That kind of knowledge does not show up in a Google search. It lives in one place: you.

And one day, it goes quiet. Not because you stopped knowing it. Because nobody ever asked.

I am gathering ten people who are shaping what comes next, and sitting down with each of them for a real conversation, the kind that pulls out what you actually know, not what fits in a LinkedIn post. From that conversation, your wisdom becomes a chapter, in your own words, inside a book built to hand the next generation something worth having.

No AI can do this part. It can summarise what already exists. It cannot sit across from you and know exactly which question unlocks the thing you have never said out loud. That takes a person who is paying attention. That is what I do.

You are a guest, not a co-author. You talk. I shape it, edit it, publish it. No deadlines, no writing, no pressure to perform. Your story also airs on Legacy Talks, built around this book's theme, and your name sits permanently in a book alongside nine others who are doing the same thing you are, refusing to let what they know disappear.

Ten places. I am choosing who joins.

If you have something worth passing on, get in touch, and let us find out if this is yours.

Life is WOW (Życie jest WOW)

This format isn't new. It's proven. Life is WOW (Życie jest WOW) brought 18 contributors together, became a published book, and is still read today. The Next Legacy Collective Book is that same model, in English, paired with Legacy Talks.

Life is WOW (Życie jest WOW) book cover

A Polish book and podcast published in 2025, gathering international experts in honest conversations about life, identity, healing and legacy. It began as recorded conversations and became a published book that readers still return to today.

Why Legacy Architect?

My dad died at 54. I knew him as a father. I never knew him as a man.

He had extraordinary skills. A lifetime of knowledge. Three daughters who loved him.

When he died, all of it disappeared with him. Not because we did not love him. Because we all thought there would be more time.

Nobody asked.

My grandmother Janka survived the Volhynia Massacre. In 2026 she turned 98. She had spoken about it her whole life. But it was only when my son asked her what it means to be Polish that I finally started listening.

That is when I understood. When a story is not recorded, it does not just disappear. It leaves a gap in the next generation. A gap they can feel but cannot name. A gap no algorithm can fill and no AI can recreate.

Because AI can write words. It cannot live your life. It cannot carry your memory. It cannot pass on what only you know.

I built Legacy Architect because of my dad. Because of Janka. Because I know exactly what it costs to lose a story.

Your grandmother is still here. The colleague who knew your father before you were born is still here. The person in your family who survived something unimaginable is still here.

How much longer will that be true?

Legacy Talks

Most people never get to hear the real story. The one behind the success. The one that cost something. What happens to that story when the person who lived it is gone?

Real stories from leaders and entrepreneurs who have been through something that changed them, not just what they built, but what it cost them to get there.
